Let’s Do Life Together

Our core values

We Believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ

At One Life Church, the Gospel is more than a message—it’s our Mission, Mindset, and Movement. Our 10 Core Values guide how we Live, Lead, Love, and Lift others in the name of Jesus.

01

Christ Is Our Lead. Scripture Is Our Foundation

Headship of Christ & Biblical Authority | DISCIPLESHIP

Jesus is not just a figurehead, He is the Head of this church. Everything we do flows from His authority and aligns with the unshakable truth of God’s Word. The Bible is our blueprint, not a backup plan. We are not perfect scholars, but we trust God’s Word from cover to cover, letting it frame our faith and fuel our mission. (Ephesians 1:22–23)

02

We Dream Big, Live Bold, and Walk Together

Big Faith & Sense of Community | COMMUNITY

We are fueled by audacious faith in a limitless God. That means starting small but thinking Kingdom. We follow where God leads, even when it’s wild. Whether giving generously, launching new outreach, or stepping into the unknown, we move together as a community on mission. (Acts 2:44–46)

03

Every Face Has a Place. Every Story Matters

Family – Everybody Belongs | Relationships

God’s family is for everybody. No matter what your background, past, or personality, this is home. We believe the family is God’s first church and the Church should feel like family. Through authentic relationships and life-giving small groups, we grow deeper, stronger, and more like Christ. (2 Timothy 1:5; Exodus 20:12)

04

Creativity Is Not Optional. It’s Missional

Creativity & Innovation | Ministry

God’s family is for everybody. No matter what your background, past, or personality, this is home. We believe the family is God’s first church and the Church should feel like family. Through authentic relationships and life-giving small groups, we grow deeper, stronger, and more like Christ. (2 Timothy 1:5; Exodus 20:12)

05

We Embrace Messy Because Grace Is Messy

Lost People & Messy Ministry | Evangelism

We are obsessed with the broken, the searching, the stuck, and the scarred. Ministry gets messy, but love calls us into the mess. We invest time, tears, and truth into counseling, coaching, and walking with people toward healing and wholeness in Jesus. (Luke 19:10)

06

From Sitting to Serving—Everyone Has a Role

Empowering & Releasing | Service

We are not spiritual consumers—we are Kingdom contributors. Every person is shaped by God to serve with purpose. Our goal is to help people discover their unique SHAPE (Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, Experience) and activate it for God’s glory. (Ephesians 4:12)

07

We Multiply Because the Mission Demands It

Mobilized Congregation for Kingdom Growth | Missions & Church Planting

The church is not just a place—it is a movement. We plant, launch, equip, and send out. From multiplying small groups to launching new sites and investing in church planters, we exist to grow God’s Kingdom—not just our seating capacity. (Ephesians 4:11–13)

08

Our Worship Is Passionate, Not Passive

Passionate Worship | Worship

Worship is not a performance, it’s a heart on fire. Whether it’s loud praise or quiet reverence, we give God our whole selves. Our worship experiences are designed to be both a sanctuary for the believer and an invitation for the seeker. Jesus is worthy of our everything.

09

We Keep It Simple So We Can Stay Focused

We Keep It Simple So We Can Stay Focused

We don’t do cluttered calendars or overstuffed ministries. We believe in simple, scalable systems that help people grow—without getting lost in the noise. Our “next steps” are always clear, and our structures are designed for action, not red tape.

10

Change Is not the Enemy. It’s a Strategy

Flexibility in Our Approach

We are agile, adaptable, and allergic to “we’ve always done it this way.” Our methods may change, but our message would not. If it does not serve the mission, we let it go. We believe fresh faith calls for flexible forms.

This Is Our DNA

Rooted in the Gospel. Fueled by Faith. Focused on People.

We believe in a church that moves with courage, ministers with compassion, and multiplies for the Kingdom, no matter what it takes.
